Show Must Go On is a spectacular show based on the music of Queen, featuring top-tier vocalists, costumes, and lighting that stay true to the band’s signature style. This performance also serves as a tribute to the most charismatic singer of all time, Freddie Mercury.
The role of Mercury is played by Mikael Saari, whose captivating Queen interpretations have previously been heard in the singing competition Tähdet, Tähdet. The wider audience may also remember Mikael from the UMK competition finals, where he has participated twice. Additionally, he is well known from the biggest theater stages in Finland, having performed in multiple musical roles.
Alongside Queen’s legendary story, the show also follows the quirky journey of the Finnish band Bohemians on their chaotic quest for world domination. While Bohemians deliver stunning renditions of Queen’s music, their London adventure is full of amusing mishaps.
